The cast of ABC’s hit show “Private Practice” will host a special dinner to “Blow Out Cancer” and celebrate More Birthdays for Everyone with the American Cancer Society. Guests include: Kate Walsh, Tim Daly, Amy Brenneman, Audra McDonald, KaDee Strickland, Chris Lowell, Paul Adelstein, Creator and Executive Producer Shonda Rhimes and Executive Producer Betsy Beers, with heartfelt opening remarks by American Cancer Society CEO, California Division David F.
